"Check-in was quick, room was very nice, excellent location."

"On arival there was a man and woman who apeard homeless fighting. We went inside to check in. The man who was running the front desk was outside and stayed out there for quite sometime before checking us in. We then went upstairs to the room. The bathroom light didn't work. We then went down to the pool area. The lights were all off the hot tub was cold and jets didn't work. We then went outside to our vehicle and found what looked like puck all over the sidewalk. I highly can't recommend this hotel. For all this they should have discounted the rooms by a lot."

"We paid $350 a night for a hotel that wasn’t full because of price gouging on commencement weekend. For the price, I would have expected the staff to be on top of their game. However, the alarm clock was sticky, there was trash under the bed, and one of the toilet cover attachments was broken to where you could see crusty urine. The tissue box and the shampoo bottle were empty and should have been changed out. My wife shampooed with hand soap and I had to go down to the lobby in my sleepwear so that the receptionist could go to housekeeping storage to get me a tissue box and shampoo bottle which I installed myself. Ice maker was not dispensing ice. I told my wife that if I ever suggest staying at a quality in again, she should remind me of this experience."

"We always stay at this hotel while in Madison. It’s right next to the mall and other amazing places to eat. Love the breakfast! Prepared really well with a good variety! Don’t forget to enjoy free drinks in the evening. I think they call it the Manager special. Overall, don’t overthink it, stay here!"

"The stay was okay, for a low end quality hotel... the biggest issue was cleanliness all around the hotel, from hair left all over the room to a tampon we found next to the hot tub... When we first entered the room, the fire alarm was chirping, the bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood for how stiff it was and the hotel staff wouldn't let us have more than 2 towels at a time for 3 occupants in the room. Also, the temp in the pool and "hot" tub need to be monitored- they were FREEZING. Pretty poor stay. The waffle in the morning was the saving grace."
