"We stayed here because they said they had a heated pool. The pool is 3 1/2 feet. There was a group at the pool celebrating a birthday. They set up speakers and were playing whatever popped up on their phones, adds, tik tok, it was horrible. The group got larger and more out of control as the night went on. We could hear them and the music from our room. Drunk party guests walked by our window and even tried to get into our room by putting their key card over and over in the door. This happened...

"It looked nothing like the picture. Noisy. Bed was terrible. I was charged an extra $30 they called a Destination fee. When I called to ask them to remove they argued about it. Expedia says it’s an all inclusive price. They are taking advantage."

"The hotel was lovely, however our room was not ready for us upon check in. We were given our keys and we went up to the room to find it was still in the process of being cleaned. There was another couple there who encountered this problem as well. We waited in the lobby a half hour for our room to be ready. "

"Wonderful property. I have stayed twice now. Love the 21 and over pool! The cocktails at the pool need a revamp though. Italian themed would be better. Like Aperol Spritz and Negroni. The food is good though. "

"Great amenities, comfortable room with a nice couch to relax in and a very comfortable mattress. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the appetizer and happy hour drink every evening. The hot breakfast was very good too. Really liked the kitchen sink, fridge and other kitchen amenities in the room. The bathroom had both a shower and a spacious tub. The shower itself was a tight fit (no elbow room), and could not change the shower head angle, which could have helped tremendously...

"Super comfy and cute rooms. Very clean. Everything you need for great nights sleep and even some extras. Clean, comfy beds. Good bathroom with nice showers. Real glasses and coffee cups big enough to hold an actual cup of joe. No coffee maker in the room but breakfast opens at 7.They even have fire pits on until at least 10 in the center island as well as private tables near the rooms. Couple of blocks to the town square-definitely walkable. Breakfast is small but works-yogurt, granola, coffee...

"We loved our stay at the Geneseo Inn. The property is beautiful and peaceful. The staff is so welcoming and the room was wonderful. The restaurant on site is within walking distance and has delicious wine and food. The chef prepared breakfast was amazing. We will definitely be back to stay in the future."

"Clean place. Reminded me of my childhood on roadtrips with some interesting spots to hang out and play. The hot tub and pool were good. Could have used a little attention in the tub. Quiet and easy. Be well. NMT"
