My only complaint is that the pool got a little murky, but I’m sure that is hard to combat with all of the kids in and out. I did see them treating it in the morning. "West bay club is a good value but you’re not getting an all-inclusive resort so factor in renting a car and cost of eating offsite as the dining options on resort are extremely limited. Elevator was out of service for 5 of our 7 days with no alternative option given which wasn’t terrible for us but inconvenient when leaving. Staff was outstanding and service was top notch. "
