"This is a lovely hotel in the heart of downtown. We loved our rooms, and most of the staff. The Valets and bellmen were wonderful! We were in town for a wedding (Off site) and they were so helpful with getting our car and all our luggage back and forth! However, they bartender at the bar and the waitress in the restaurant seemed as though they were not from the hospitality field. Terrible service and attitudes. The restaurant was overly expensive for breakfast and I expected phenomenal service which we did NOT receive. LOVED the location and character of this hotel."

"We have stayed at the intercontinental many times over the years and have never had any issues. Very consistent in every area…cleanliness, staff, bar/restaurant. Great location, easy walks to superdome, french quarter, riverfront."

"It was my first time staying there. I had heard a lot of great things and they were all true. The entire staff was amazing. The pool was worth the price alone. Cedric was my first impression and he did a great job. I'm not sure when I can make it back to New Orleans. When I do, I'll definitely stay there again Brian Seibert"

"The view from the 23rd floor was breathtaking and the amenities more than satisfying. However, the elevator instruction plaque said; as easy as 1 2 3 , but nobody explained to me at check-in, that it had to be my floor number, not 123 😂😂😂 The bathtub tap dripped all night long and every flush upstairs, gave me a jolt! Very luxurious bed & Pillows, I would stay here again 🙏"
