"Had a lovely stay at Haian despite a few issues Hotel itself is amazingly well located across the street from the beech in a very lively area. It has a nice rooftop pool. The breakfast is truly spectacular and well worth it But there were a few downsides. Hotel condition is sometimes in need of love. Nothing major but surprising. Hotel is between two high rise construction sites so expect construction noise. There are loud speaker messages coming from the beach around 5:30am and lots of honking and other loud messages. Hotel supplies earplugs because of all the noise. Hotel is also obsessed with the cheap plastic room keys and keep a count on how many you get.it also has a very off-putting rule book including itemized costs for every item in the room so that you know how much they will charge you if you walk out with a mattress. But the worse part was when you check out, they make you wait 5 minutes while they inspect your room. They try to be polite and say they check you didn't forget anything. But that's a lie and it's even more insulting. It's just a very cheap move from a place that should be much more upscale. Leaves a negative taste as you leave. Overall it's a good hotel to stay in but they can do a few efforts to make things much better. "

"We had 6 nights at the Golden Lotus Luxury hotel and so glad we chose this one. From start (transfer from airport) to finish (booking train tickets and transfer to train station) the service was impeccable. Lovely sky bar and pool. Complimentary afternoon tea and 30min foot massage. Great breakfast. Can’t fault it."

"Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Loved the view of the ocean. Amenities were very good as well The breakfast was very fresh and ample. Ngoc was very good at coffee selection. The reception staff were friendly and knowledgeable "

"This hotel was the highlight of our trip to Vietnam so far. Our room was spacious and bright, even with two small windows facing the neighboring hotel. The beds were super comfortable. The bathtub was AMAZING! The buffet breakfast was generous, diverse and delicious. The pool was inviting and the bar next to it was a great spot to enjoy a drink before turning in for the night. The hotel is across the street from the beach but the road traffic was easy to cross. I would happily stay here again."

"Very nice property in a great location. Just a couple of blocks away from the beach and just a block and a half away from Bangla Road. The breakfast buffet was nice, as well as the rooftop restaurant. We had a swim up room which was great. The pool bar was fantastic. The staff was helpful and friendly. Most knew English. "
