"The young man who took us in was very friendly as well as the lady receptionist. But we had terrible experience with the guy that was on duty when we picked up our luggage. This man was very rude and mean! Not respectful too. Do not talk to this man if you do not want your day to be ruined. The elevator was out of order and we had a hard time carrying our luggage from 2nd floor. We are just thankful for the lady receptionist that helped out. The a/c was not working too thru out our stay though...

"Stayed at the Jangle on our way back from Greece to the US. Convenient location for making a quick turnaround. Value is good and the room is fine. Shuttle to the airport is a great feature but was a little chaotic both at the airport and the hotel. Had a drink and a bite on our night there and then ate at the breakfast buffet. The food service is just ordinary."

"Transit目的で滞在しました。深夜にチェックインし、バスタブに湯を貯めようとしましたが、水圧が乏しく、バスタブに十分な湯を貯めるにはかなりの時間がかかりました。点検してくれたスタッフから部屋の変更のオファーをいただきましたが、すでにスーツケースをフルにUnpackしてしまっていたので、移動はお断りしました。朝食は良かったです。"

"Our shower was not cleaned properly and still had long hair on the wall. Water was leaking onto the floor from under the sink which my husband noticed when his socks were wet after stepping into the bathroom. We reported this to the receptionist who came to our room to view the leak. We had to use our hand towel to soak up the water as we did not have a bath mat in our bathroom. "Most convenient location for flying Air France. The restaurant and Bar hours are limited which isn’t good for a traveler arriving hungry. The staff is courteous but don’t have enough at registration and restaurant."
