I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Stade de France stadium, and it definitely exceeded my expectations in terms of convenience. The customer service team was exceptionally friendly, and the housekeeping staff ensured everything was spotless. The hotel's location made it easy to get to the stadium and catch rideshares. Plus, it's surprisingly close to the Eiffel Tower only a half hour trip!

Staff was very patient with us , we only spoke English and they were very polite. Fits all the needs if you want a budgeted hotel . grocery shopping close by , 2 restaurants , close to a train station. hope they can add safety lockers in the room for valuables.

Although far from the city center, the bus stop and train station is right across the street therefore it provides the accessibility and transports options. I believe it safe but make sure always be careful when walking alone because the area is not crowded. The room and bathroom was clean.

It could improve cleaning standards. Very convenient location with a dieect train to Eiffel tower, 30mins journey time. Breakfast not much. But the Restaurant downstairs really nice. There is also plenty eating optins around. Super market 2mins walk.

Very good hotel, easy to the train station like 5 min walk, and you can go directly to Paris center. Good price and good room for rest and sleep. Nice area. And you can have a some food stores near to you.

It was a great and very convenient located quiet place. Breakfast was nice not too less , not too much. Worth the money. It was clean staff spoke english too. Many tourist stay at this hotel who are visiting Paris.

Great for quaint and low cost

This hotel is a great place to stay if you’re looking for something cost effective and just outside the hustle and bustle. The rooms are bare bones but perfect for just a couple of days. The beds are extremely comfortable. I was amazed at how rested I was after waking up.

Convenient for our plans and travel. Good restaurants located nearby. Staff was very friendly, polite, courteous and helpful with suggestions, concerns. Had to change out rooms as first room had drainage issues. Not enough towels, and was informed initially that towels are not changed or given daily, though they were provided upon request.

First, Leda at the front desk went above & beyond helping out with all our questions. It is an older hotel with small rooms (by North American standards) but location was great with groceries, restaurants and most importantly, transportation close by.

Perfect parking space

Good for a short stay. Breakfast buffet has few choices. Great for parking spaces. Quiet area. The bathroom was a little bit outdated but works fine. Everyday room cleaning.

Budget hotel. Was a nice cheap place to sleep. Close to transport. perfect. We came to Paris to visit the city. Not a hotel. So it was great for our needs. The bathroom/shower is beyond small and held smells in the room somewhat.

Good budget hotel.

Was a good hotel, in a good location. Parking onsite and close to supermarket, tram stops, bus stops and train station. The room was basic, but you get what you pay for. It was really clean and the staff were friendly enough. My only pet down is there was no drinks facility in the room. You will have to go and get a coffee or bottle of water. We would deffo recommend and stay again if we are back in the aream

Hotel without acceptable aesthetic and comfort standards, especially inside: reception is very unwelcoming and always looks bad, ceilings in the corridors on the upper floors are very low, the corridors themselves are very long and without any decoration (more like prison corridors). Rooms are very small and do not have enough space for 2 or 3 people to move around reasonably. Bathroom is also a bit cramped and has problems with the shower getting blocked. Cleanliness, although not desirable, is still acceptable. The main thing to save the reception staff is the friendly and professional staff, who have demonstrated a good level of customer service. This hotel needs a major renovation and I would definitely go back if that happened, because I liked the area where it is located. However, I would not recommend it in the state it is in at the moment.

My French is not the best but the receptionist realized and was quick and willing to switch to French or Spanish for me. She was friendly. A good place to stay for a few nights on a business/quick trip. Didn’t choose the breakfast option but the supermarket and restaurants are nearby. Easy public transportation, a tram or bus is always passing by , and it’s near the Gennevilliers train station. Only problem was that soap residue was on the shower head and that the pillows are small.

Absolutely the best experiences iv ever had thank you for the team for making me feel comfortable. Also i would definitely come back again when im in paris. Thank you. But 1 thing tho if theres any bins kept inside the room apart from the small one in the bathroom which i have to keep on going up and down to throw the rubbish away. Also the bugs that come through the window and the AC Blowing out hot air need a little improvement other than that customer service was 100% made me feel welcome and they were smartly dressed and also showed a smile expecially the woman who covers the night lol i thought she had a little crush on me lol

First the good things. Great staff and central location. whether you are driving, uber or using transit. perfect. Now the not so good. The condition of the hotel is so-so but for the price thats the trade off. But its little things: bedroom. The shower is a cylinder (RV design) The step up and step down is hazardous considering that the shower nozzle will spray the whole floor. They use a flimsy shower curtain but its not weighted so its blows around from the spray. on top of that, they provide minimal towels and ask you to reuse..I have no problem with that but im forced to use the used towels to mop the floor. mattress dont fit the frame. We had a queen matress..but it was on a double bed frame. So when I tried to sit on the edge, down goes Frasier. quite dangerous. The other room we use had 2 singles, but the sizes were different so one actually sat higher than the other. again, not esthetically pleasing but hazardous if you not comfortable door security. Pay attention to this one. The locks are not set right. You will hear a resounding click when the door closes and even might handle a nudge but both of our rooms, the doors can be pushed open with medium effort. Breakfast. most Continental breakfast (free) are quite similar. Our last trip put us in 15 hotels in 18 days..on the fly. all breakfast are 5-8 on a 10 scale. But one thing all had in common, some fresh fruit..not this one. This is so basic…the continent must be Antartica. easy fixes
