"Siempre que voy a Puerto Montt me quedo en ese hotel por su excelente ubicación, estacionamiento su personal de seguridad es muy amable y atento. Siento que han descuidado aspectos como internet no había en la habitación solo en áreas comunes, el servicio sanitario no bajaba bien, jabón y shampoo de mala calidad y escaso, la lámpara de la mesa de noche estaba roto el cable.
