"Excellent position in the village, amazing staff extremely helpful and welcoming to the hotel, and provided great advice on availability of restaurants in the village and Epernay. Very secure garage for parking and a good breakfast choice. Pool. Looks great although we didn't use it. Highly recommended.. "

"I didn’t like the fact that reception is closed at 6 o’clock and being in a hotel I would have thought it would’ve been open longer. The bedrooms were tired and bathrooms could’ve done with decorating, Breakfast was very poor cost us €60 for two adults two small children had to ask for bread,butter,plates, coffee apple juice and milk was in cartons there was three pieces of streaky bacon well done and the scrambled egg have been in there for God knows how long.We was only allowed one hot...

"Beautiful hotel but they skip in regards to bed size and pillows. Came for a good night sleep but was disappointed. Pillows and actual size of bed was less than satisfactory. They gave us 2 rollaways? However, the room itself looked great as does the general hotel. Staff were welcoming and helpful but at the end of the night we didn't get a great sleep. "

Also, if light sleeper, avoid side next to Train station, street cleaners, cars, luggage rollers on sidewalk, tram is side ok. Best side is parking lot corner. This is a budget friendly nothing fancy convenient to Reims,with tram steps away and TGV Champagne Ardenne station for 31 minute trip to CDG at about €63 one way.
