One elevator was completely out of service. The other was unreliable and the buttons didn’t light up so you didn’t even know if it worked. Decor is shoddy, cheap and rundown. Recent renovations clearly cut corners. Outdoor landscaping looks derelict. Beds were comfortable, pillows were also comfortable.

We checked in without issue. We got into the room and there was one towel and no soap for the two of us. We did go to the front desk because the phone in the room has no labels as to what to dial for housekeeping, or anything else. I tried "0" but it didn't do anything.

Rebecca at the front desk was excellent! Property was clean and quiet, beds comfortable. Wifi was unavailable in a 5th floor room but worked outside thr room- could actually pick up wifi from other nearby hotels- maybe boost that a little. Stay was excellent

Great value!!

Everything was great!! I had received a note that the hotel was still in a soft open but everything was perfect. Lobby was gorgeous, some other areas looked like they could use a new customer of paint but room was very clean, quiet and just what we needed. Beds and pillows very comfortable

Front desk was great! Just genuine nice people that took their job seriously. The Hispanic young man that checked us in was very helpful. This is the fourth hotel I have stayed in over the last four weeks and not a five star hotel but a five star front staff.

Good and bad

I booked here before I knew they were in the middle of renovations. The hotel lobby is gorgeous and the staff extremely accomadating. Our room was ok but there was no soap and the A/C was not working. We reported this and were moved to an upgraded room. Still no soap and skimpy on towels. The one working elevator was very slow and made me nervous. Restaurant is currently closed and the continental breakfast not thr best, but I feel once the renovations are done it will be a very nice experience.

Not a bad stay. Hotel was clean and had a good breakfast . Pay at property is not an option.. even though it allows you to select I t, they still charged my card and had to refund my it. A 250 additional cash deposit was required if you pay cash.
