"Absolutely fabulous hotel and perfect location to enjoy the wonderful scenery - mountain hikes and swimming and activities on the lake. Duty manager so welcoming, helpful and friendly, advising us on walks on our arrival. Friendly restaurant staff and a great buffet breakfast to start the day with a much appreciated vegan selection.
Lovely bakery on-site and covered walkway to the cable car opposite the hotel.
Lovely spa area to relax after hiking, or to watch the rain from.

"The staff were helpful and really listened and attended to our needs. The room was very pretty. We had a hot pot in the room so you could have tea or coffee (bring your own) in the room. View was really nice. Bed comfortable. I would stay there again."

The hotel itself was in a quieter position a short walk from the main town but that gave it a really peaceful feeling. A lovely stay."
"Excellent service. They were very kind and thoughtful. Ben was very comfortable. No air conditioning but with the windows open the room was plenty cold. Street was quiet so open windows was not an issue. The bath was so nice for my achy muscles. Also this is the only hotel on my trip to have lotion. My cracked hands appreciate it. Room was also very cute. My favorite hotel 8 days into my trip."
