"This hotel is under construction. They said WiFi only cover the first floor - so no wifi in most of the rooms. As a result of this, you can only watch basic cable in your room. Only decaf coffee was offered in the room, our soap containers in the bathroom were empty, only enough towels for one person, and a sad breakfast offering."

"Expedia needs to please get in touch regarding this booking. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was checked into a room that was still under maintenance. A used toilet plunger was outside the door upon arrival. Broken bathroom shelving, bathroom shower broken and no hot water, toilet not affixed to the floor and a box of cigarettes in the bathroom. Also the mini fridge was not cleaned and glass shelving left on room floor. And cobwebs on the balcony glass sliding door. I was told that Keith the maintenance person who was brought up to the room by the manager Ave, neglected to say that the room was not prepared for guests. When moved to another room the next day, it had a continuous leaking bathroom faucet, a broken latch for the balcony door (major safety hazard) many small ants and baby cockroaches. I couldn’t sleep a wink and had to leave all the lights on all night. And unfortunately, all surrounding hotels were fully booked and we had to stay the 3 nights and left first thing at checkout. There was no agreement of compensation when before we left and when asked to see a manager was told no one was available due to being in n meetings all day! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! And if I wasn’t concerned about my safety and my daughter’s safety I would have stayed in my car! I am demanding a full refund."

"The ac was out in the main lobby. The staff was nice, but not happy about being charged additional for parking my car outside. If there is a mandatory fee, it should be reflected in the rate."

"Stayed here for Welcome to Rockville. Obviously I knew going in that the bar should be set pretty low because it is a Motel 6–but this place seriously needs to be checked out by the health department. Multiple cockroaches in our room, stains on our bed sheets, flies buzzing around our lights, floors so dirty you can’t walk from the bathroom to the bed without your feet turning black, mold on mini fridge, and our door doesn’t even close all the way. Also, our phone is so disgusting that the cord is black and there was a random piece of orange trash left on it (god knows what it is or where it is from). We asked a girl at reception to please have someone clean up the dead roaches and when we got back to the room almost 12 hours later, they were still there! DO NOT STAY HERE."

"The rooms were nice and spacious with a nice view and staff was friendly, kitchenette had the essentials needed and had a nice workout room and laundry facility,"

"Barely any parking availability ac was ok but it was either hot or too cold no middle ground. Room was dirty as hell the baseboards had dirt and oubes everywhere there was blood on bathroom walls the damn shower curtains are so close to the wall you have no room in shower without the ahower curtains sticking to you and dont move the bed or end stands becaus me as dirty as they were behind them looks like they never have clenaed behind them"
