"Excellent location for stopping through. Room was clean except for some debris in the corners. Staff was super friendly. Easy on/off freeway and several good, quick places to eat nearby."

"Stayed one night with my family. Beds werent that soft. It was clean except the mildew on the caulking in the shower area. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and fridge froze everything we had including my medicine which had to be replaced."

"I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever. After driving all day and arriving exhausted with a confirmed reservation, I was refused check-in without any effort to resolve the situation or provide a reasonable solution. The staff showed no empathy or professionalism, leaving us stranded late at night after hours on the road. A reservation should actually mean something, but apparently not at this hotel. "The room was disaster burn holes everywhere during our stay someone was kicking on doors and broke her door locked staff didn't seem to mind at all they were unbothered air conditioner barely blew in the parking lot just had no lights in it"

"DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel was filthy, the rooms smelled horrible, the TV was broken (literally shattered) the mini fridge was disgusting and the door looked like it had been tampered with."

"The floor was sticky and not clean. Pillows were almost flat and like cardboard. Only one bath towel for 2 adults, only one roll of toilet paper and no tissues. Called front desk for toilet paper, tissues and towels; they said it would be "right up". Two hours later we had to go get stuff. Front desk was not helpful, finally gave me towels (one to use as pillow) and 1 roll of toilet paper. "

"I stayed for two nights , as arriving Sharon at the desk greeted me it was immediately a warm welcome with her and her humor. She warned me about the sold out solf ball tournament that was being held in Greenville so she put me on the 4th floor to prevent all the noise from the children there . The hotel is new and clean . My only problem when I enter my room the sink was clogged up with hair but I called the front desk and they had it fixed . The next day I asked for housekeeping but never got...
