"Excellent service , starting with checkin, and offering support with small things that makes a great difference. Great central location , wide variety of food offerings and personalised hospitality. The Deccan food festival at the restaurant was a great addition. All staff were nice- I would like to specially mention duty manager Rahul and Rupsha in hospitality for going out of their way to make our stay special. "

"everything was great! Staff very nice and eager to help with a big smile at any time. Food in the restaurant was good. The only thing was the mattress that was a bit too hard for our backs but nothing to complain. "
