"Wonderful hotel. The absolute stars in terms of the staff were Elena Cherkes and Nina Feng, both in the wonderful Executive Lounge on the 20th floor and serving at breakfast. Nina helped organise a vital business meeting at short notice and Elena was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I also greatly appreciated the help of Joseph Du at reception/concierge - he went out of his way to help throughout my stay too. "

"I stayed here for 9 nights, and it was very comfortable. Rooms were pretty big, quiet and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom had a glass enclosed shower along with a full-size tub. Water temperature was perfect. Laundry service was also great.
The staff was very helpful and professional, but there is a bit of a language barrier when it comes to communication. But the use of a translator really helped. I loved the robots located in the lobby.
