"Good"

"The receptionist hardly spoke english with poor communication and lack of smile. No real information about shanghai tour or siteseeing!!! But in general our stay was very good"

"First of all the location is excellent as it is right on the Century Park train station. So connecting to anywhere in Shanghai (including SNIEC) is incredibly convenient. The property is right opposite the beautiful Century park that needs a day of enjoyment on its own with the river and small lake, the birds, trees and picnic areas. "Clean rooms and support staff"

"A nice, quiet hotel; cleanliness leaves something to be desired—it could be better—but the service and food are good."

"Good hotel with everything"

"This place angeles like cigarette smoke. They showed us 3 rooms and they all smelled. We ended up leaving to another hotel and lost our money for the first night. They would only cancel the next night. Super inconvenient"

"This magnifican hotel is getting old. I requires a renovation, being in such extraordinary location and building, one of the most famous in the world"

"Felt like royalty. Loved the hotel, the room, bar, and the breakfast was top notch."
