"The location was absolutely perfect, and the check-in process was easy. Vaggelis was very helpful, friendly, and we will HANDS DOWN stay here again, every time. There is no parking, so I would say that is the only drawback. However, the location is near a street right behind the alley (straight shot and paved) where you contemporarily pull up your car to unload your luggage.LOVED my Nespresso coffee maker & pods in the morning and our little balcony was so charming. Rhe beds were super comfy and...

"Pros: The rooms were nice enough and the beds were quite comfortable. Considering the location, the building was not too loud as long as you use earplugs. Cons: the service and reception was completely nonexistent. We went to the reception daily at different times and not a single time was anyone there We were given a single toilet paper roll for 3 nights stay and we booked a suite with two rooms for multiple people but couldn’t get more and had to buy it ourselves which is just an incredibly...

"Had an amazing 2 week stay here. The place was right in the middle of town and close to everything. Room service was incredible, we came back to a clean room and restocked mini fridge every night. The balcony was a plus and the noise level wasn’t bad, considering the hotel is on a very busy street. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re ever staying in Chania!"
