"The room was cleaned daily and very well. The receptionist, Hara, was sweet and welcoming and helpful all the way. Breakfast was served from 8-10 on 1 min away hotel from the same chain and the staff there were also very friendly and welcoming. "Great location beautiful scenery and great restaurants. LOve it. Staff very helpful"

"Highly recommend staying at Alcanea. Eva, our host, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The staff/service was great. And the complimentary breakfast offered lots of local options and all were delicious. Best part of this stay was the view and location. The view of the port was awesome with the water, local bars/shops, and mountains in the distance. And there were dozens of restaurants and shops offering all we might need/want. This hotel made Chania feel like home."

"This is a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Old Town with character and charm."

"This was one of the better hotels we stayed in in Greece. It wasn’t fancy but it filled the bill."
