"Great location in the heart of Old Town and friendly staff. The hotel is unique and full of character, but the room is very basic, with many stairs and a steep staircase to the loft beds. The shower was very small, and parking was stressful with a car. Overall, charming and well located, but not the most comfortable stay."

I imagine it has to do with the water being recycled (grey water) and for such an expensive hotel to not replenish water bottles daily was a surprise. Everything else was fantastic."
