"Door was open to our room when we checked in and there was an open bottle of water in the refrigerator. All the staff was quite good, helpful and friendly. The location was perfect to walk all around Old Town Chania and I would recommend."

"Such a lovely hotel! The staff was so friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and well-appointed. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the middle of the bustling strip while still being very quiet, especially on the beach. The beach chairs were comfortable and plentiful. We can’t wait to go back!"

"George helped us plan our entire week in Crete. He gave us recommendations to different areas of the island. We had a great experience and he helped us see places we would have never found. Definitely rent a car if you want to travel around. Very helpful and friendly staff."

"Breakfast was excellent every day of our 5 day stay. It was the cleanest hotel room we have seen. All the staff were helpful during our stay. Thalia was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time with us making reservations, giving directions and advice. She arranged for a car rental for us that was much cheaper than airport rates and they delivered the car to us at the hotel. We kept it during our whole remaining stay in Crete. We were very happy with Thalia’s suggestions. We took the airport bus to the main Chania bus station which is only a two blocks from the hotel. We liked the hotel so much we even extended our stay by another day. Excellent place to stay in Chania!!!"

"The front desk associates were very informative and provided helpful advice. We highly recommend the store across the street, ELAIA, for outstanding service. The owner provided information from olive oil, honey to skin care products - a wealth of knowledge, very friendly and personable. The views from the hotel are beautiful and while not a huge beach, it is nice and cozy with 2 pools and plenty of room for couples or families."
