"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. "Staggering reservation times better in the restaurant might avoid long waits for food. In our case receiving our main course at 8.25 for a 7.00 booking. Staff did respond well when we raised the issue but it might be less of an issue if tables are booked out in a way that the kitchen can cope. We, for example, we’re not wedded to 7.00.
