"The hotel staff I encountered were welcoming and friendly. However, the rooms are in need of renovations. There was no chain or any way to secure the door from the inside. The A/C is not working properly. There is no way to control it. I tried several things and it stayed the same and I was hot all night. The black out curtain is torn and not functioning. There is no tissue paper in the dispesner and no soap in the shower dispenser. "

The very lovely staff member on reception was very quick to upgrade us when I asked if the bed could be split into two for myself and my son. "Wer ein Nobelhotel erwartet, wird sehr enttäuscht sein. Allerdings ist dieses Hotel wirklich günstig. Die Lage ist okay. Die U-Bahn gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Zimmer einfach, aber völlig in Ordnung. Wir haben bestens geschlafen. Beim Frühstück ist noch Luft nach oben, geschmacklich und auch mengenmäßig. Da war der Service nicht ganz so, wie man es sich wünscht. Alles in allem ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis total okay."

"Nice small space but had everything you need! Nice to have a little kitchenette to make breakfast or a snack. It's a busy area which is great for lots of food and a little bodega nearby along with super close to transportation. It is far from city center but easy enough to get around. Very clean and a nice space overall!We liked the neighborhood for food nearby!"
