"Have not kept up with maintenance on this hotel. Our toilet handle was completely broken, we had to reinstall it to use and keep it from running constantly after every use. The bathroom door stuck and didn’t close. The ice machine was broken and torn apart down the hall and the room was dirty and torn apart. Grungy and dirty hotel overall. Not comfortable here."

I asked the desk in the morning why wasn’t Iwarned at check-in?
Reply, “I wasn’t here then “.
No apology, no offer of compensation.
Nothing.
Terrible Terrible stay—this is coming from a seasoned business traveler.
