"We originally booked a studio, but were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a two-bedroom apartment. It was very spacious and well maintained. The interior is a little dated in places, but everything was clean and tidy, so this didn’t bother us at all. The beds and bedding were excellent, and the bathroom was great with a good shower. "Lovely hotel! Friendly and helpful staff. We had a fantastic room - think it was a rooftop studio (?). Modern room with kitchen area (microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher). Nice balcony with table and chairs, loungers and egg chair. Clean. Small outdoor pool and sitting area. Great location…..few minutes walk to centre. Would definitely return for another stay!"

"We felt like the reception staff were really polite and welcoming to the hotel. Gave us a pool facing room so it wasn’t as loud which was a good touch. The hotel room was actually really nice, bed was comfy, loads of plugs in convenient locations! Bathroom was very modern. Our only issue was the aircon was absolutely horrendous, that needs updating ASAP. We did then ask for a fan and got a few hours later which allowed us to actually fall asleep because the room was boiling. I think something is up with the door to open your balcony but didn’t bother us too much was just worried we’d end up breaking it cause you have to yank it, could do with being fixed! The pool area was really nice, was regularly cleaned for rubbish and had a nice vibe to it. The food and drinks were quite expensive at the pool bar but then again it is a hotel right on the strip so what can you expect. If the air con was better and prices were slightly cheaper I’d probably give it a 5 out of 5 star stay! Would definitely stay again. Definitely better than expected! Thank you for accommodating a lovely stay for our first time in Portugal!"

"This place was great. The staff were super friendly. The Hotel was perfect location to reach everything we wanted to reach. We had a rental car which opened us to explore what the local scene had to offer. Beaches, Night markets, Supermarkets, Late night local Ice creams shops, Festivals, the lot! Underground parking was excellent at keeping the car cool. Rental towels (10 euro Cash deposit each) were very convenient as we were travelling very light. The Aqua Park was great fun. Be sure to check your child's height. 140cm + gets you full access to everything. Sub 120cm excludes some of the rollercoasters and big slides. Sub 110cm excludes a lot of the slides. Only a few Kiddy slides left to explore. A quick 5 min walk to the park. Wrist bands get you straight it. You will have to leave your stuff unattended if you plan on moving around the park as a family. Or you can rent a locker for 10euro per day. But everyone leaves their stuff on the grassed area and there seems to be a level of trust amongst everyone. We left our towels, phones and flip flops and never had anything missing."

"A great experience except when checking out. I had paid my bill the evening before and when leaving the keys back on the next morning was made to feel like I was trying to escape without paying by the nighttime reception person I had to find my payment details from evening before to prove payment. Surely this should have been noted on the computer. It left a very poor impression on what had been an excellent trip"
