"The ONLY positive is that it is close to rhe train station! Absolutely filthy, ROACHES, a loud piercing sound like an alarm throughout the night and into the next day! The receptionist tried to give me bunk beds when I paid for a double, then when I did get the room I was supposed to have, the hot tub that had been advertised was nowhere to be found. I want out and bought sheets and a towel bevause the place just was not clean at all!"

The bathroom was fully accessible and smelt horrible. I asked for my room to be changed but was told there are no other rooms! The room was a double but I was given 1 pillow. The room was pretty basic. I was charged more than the agreed reservation price(?!) I left without using the stinky shower and will not be returning. Complete rip off £125 for...

"Firstly, the Kyriad sign can only be seen from the onramp back into the autoroute and not when you are driving by on the street. Maybe trim the trees in the parking lot? The restaurant staff was not particularly knowledgeable about food and drink options, but the server must just have been brand new. No big deal. Lastly, the friendly reception staff kindly reserved a taxi for me the night before I needed to leave because I had a very before shuttle operating hours, but the taxi never showed up...
