Downgraded me to two queen beds wo asking, after advising me I booked a smoking room king instead of a non smoking king. Told me it was gonna be more money to switch to a non smoking king. I did reluctantly cause I wanted a king. Had to return back to desk 3 times cause keys didn’t work. Room needed updating, curtains dirty, toilet ran, wallpaper peeling. Paper thin walls. Breakfast 1/2 of items were out. Never returned w refills on coffee or drinks. Smell of pot everywhere. Never been so glad to get out of a place in my life. "
