"The room was not clean, it had dirty & stained linen. Also, there was an issue with the usual cleaning of the room, I had requested my room to be cleaned at around 11.30 am, I went out of the hotel and got back at 5 pm and it was still not cleaned. When I asked, I was told that there were not enough staff. There was no shower gel in the room thoughtout the 2 nights I stayed, even after repeated requests/complaints. Had a bad experience overall."

"Honestly, one of the best properties I’ve stayed at. The staff were absolutely amazing and there was nothing you could do that was a bother. On arrival we were greeted by Nikhil who swiftly had drinks sent our way and our rooms checked in, all while we were able to relax on the sofas. Genuinely the best check in experience I’ve ever had.
