"This is a charming hotel with immaculate rooms that are charming and spacious! The staff are wonderful - friendly and accommodating. The grounds are well kept with a charming little guest area to lounge and have a cup of coffee. Only a half mile walk to the beach and under a mile to town so very walkable too!"

"Hot tub outdated only had upper jets. Leak under kitchen sink. Coffee maker is a Keurig single serve. No carpet in the room was nice. Much cleaner that way. You must bring dirty towels to their laundry location and garbage to the dumpster in the parking lot when you leave or you will be charged $100 cleaning fee. No daily cleaning, no iron or ironing board. All can be requested. Door between the rooms was insufficient and we heard all the noise from the other room. Designated smoking area...

"The bed was very comfortable, however, did not sleep well because the people above me were banging chairs and running on the ceiling until after midnight and the people in the room immediately next-door to me were having sexual relations with the bed creaking against the wall between 3 and 4 AM. The check-in was awkward down the street which made it difficult to navigate with baggage and no one to help with the baggage."

"I believe they were understaffed. Person handling breakfast shift could not keep up. Ran out of dishes constantly and new plates/silverware put out were dirty. Staff at front desk left shift late at night and were already back mid morning the next day. It appeared they may be remodeling as I could smell paint and saw some painters. One of our rooms smelled like urine. The property has the structure to be nice and the breakfast offered was much better than other places. This truly seems to be a...

"Check in was extremely easy and the gentleman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Property was quiet and serene. Continental breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus. Would stay here again!"

"The blanket on one of the beds had a stain. One of the mugs for the coffee was dirty. The hallways were a mix of clean and smoke. The restaurant was closed. Their bathrooms were unavailable. We needed to use the bathrooms before check in and the front desk told us to go to Main Street and use a bathroom from a public place. I feel they could’ve offered a bathroom in one of their rooms that wasn’t clean yet. They had a coffee station and it was poorly maintained."
