"Stunning property with a beautiful pool and the most stunning family room with connecting bathroom so we could stay close to our teens :) We only stayed one night, the four poster bed was so comfortable, the linnen sheets helped me sleep like a baby! There was a lovely room to watch tv or play games and the breakfast was lovely, wish we had stayed longer! Merci Valerie ❤️"

"This is a guest house and we don't stay at this type of property very often but the owners were very nice and helpful. It is a 1700 era building but is updated. There is a museum in the hotel which very interesting. In fact the owner will give you tour of his collection when you're staying at his house. Breakfast was delicious and it was a great location. Short walk into the center of town"

"Great stay with friendly hosts. Tom was very knowledgable and gave lots of good advice about the places to see. We stayed in the Chalet in the garden which was nice and spacious, well laid out, lovely and quiet and also included a fan and air conditioning. The pool was lovely and warm and the breakfast was well presented and plenty of it. The availability of a well appointed kitchen with plenty of space for people to cook and eat was ideal - we only used it to store food in the fridge...

"What a beautiful and nice and quiet place in a small hamlet, close to the Gironde! The room was large and very inviting, and the bathroom was huge! We stayed for 4 nights and it was great. The hosts were very nice and pointed us to places in the area to explore; without those hints we would have missed the market in Royan or the towns of Meschers and Talmont. Every morning, the hosts provided us with breakfast, with breads and croissants from a variety of local bakeries. Thanks Tim and Amanda,...
