"The property location was good. There were No spoons in the kitchen draw. No Sugar in the room for the coffee or tea. I went downstairs to ask for sugar, I was told, sugar isn’t put in the rooms and the Manager had the key for the sugar. :( What!!!!
No tissues in the bathroom, the pillows were too soft, very uncomfortable on my neck. No breakfast of any kind!! :(. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel."

"not enuff space to give a thorough review just know that this resort is not as clean as pics online make it out to be our room was clean but the hallways and elevators definitely were not, dirty and smelled. The pools are dingy not clear and staff watching pools do not enforce rules as some pre teens and teenagers were horseplaying & a preteen girl got pushed in on top of me holding my 9 month old grand daughter knocking her head underwater, by the grace of God she was not seriously hurt but...

"The master bathroom toilet leaks around the base so don’t leave the toilet paper beside the toilet!
The room was not cleaned properly. Our shower was nasty, and the floor had sand and hair on it.
The stairs by the elevator smelled like the monkey exhibit at the zoo. The elevators times are awful. I wish every floor had a walkway from the condo to the parking garage then the elevator wait times would be better, instead of just the first 6 floors. Women at the resort were wearing inappropriate...

"The location is great and good amenities
Bk was good and good verities
We had an issue with our refrigerator
We could not get one that work and the last one we got after three attempts was freezing everything in it we were told this the only one available
In the end we decide to go without the refrigerator which was kind of struggling .
Another note our room did not have an exhaust fan in the bathroom not sure if all the room are the same"

"Even though the name of the hotel is beachfront, not all of the rooms are beachfront. I didn't notice the small print that our room was NOT beachfront. I did not appreciate that experience. Also, I have never stayed at a hotel where the shampoo and conditioners are at the front desk. Lastly, the room had 1980's decor, and it had very smelly carpet. I am sensitive to mold, and I was sneezing as soon as we stepped inside. I was not impressed."
