"Location is in easy walking distance of numerous fine dining establishments, but you must make reservations at all early in your planning. Most do not arrange more than 30 days out but weekends fil up two weeks out. The hotel will help arrange those. The staff is excellent and very attentive to your every need. Cookies and milk after 9 at the Enclave were quite tasty. The rotating original art is curated with the Robert Lange gallery down the street. This is really great art and the on staff curator gives a in depth tour daily of the works. On request, the guide will continue the tour in the enclave portion of the hotel, where the in house artist studio is observed after hours and there is gallery dedicated primarily to his work as well as other great artists. Revival, the in house restaurant, is justifiably highly rated. Rooms are extremely well appointed and comfortable. "

"The hotel was excellent. We booked a deluxe king room with city view. We believe that we were given a regular king room We tried multiple times to explain this to the staff but they said we had a city view (all the rooms do!) Our room looked just like the pictures for a regular king room. It did not look like a deluxe king either city view."

"The Good: Location, perfectly situated for easy access to all of the tourist areas. The Good: ‘Bob’ the bartender at happy hour, great guy! The So-So: Did not have a restaurant. Breakfast dining, meh. Poor selection the food mediocre at best. The Bad: Check-in was at 4 PM. We arrived at 3:20 PM. Woman with gray hair and glasses (Carolina?) took my ID card (twice) , phone number and email. “We will call you when your room is ready”. Between 3:30 PM and 4 PM, several other Guests arrived , checked -in, went to the room. 4 PM for us, nothing. No phone call, no nothing. We were literally sitting right across from the reception. My wife went up to ask on a room and was told to wait. There first and last to check in. 2nd person checking us in, again had to present my ID because Carolina did log us in properly. 3 times I had to show my ID card. Was it because we were a black couple? Dunno. Horrible check-in. The Bad: Poor attention to detail. Our booking had two adults , we arrive to our room and there’s only one robe. Bed lamp some kind of stain, table chair some kind of stain. For this price point of hotel, cleanliness and attention to detail should be paramount. It wasn’t. Will we stay here again? Probably not. For this price point we can find a better deal with a better breakfast, attention to detail, and we don’t get ignored on check-in just sitting there waiting for our room to be ready while other guests go ahead of us despite the fact we were there first.
