I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel experience was one of the most unpleasant I’ve had.
First, the location—directly across from Topgolf—meant that the room was flooded with lights and noise into the night. If you’re looking for a restful stay, this is not the place.
One of the most unsettling parts of the experience was that you could not access the rooms from the lobby via stairs—only by elevator. For someone with a fear of elevators or anxiety about being confined, this setup is extremely limiting and uncomfortable.
The room layout itself was awkward and disorienting. The headboard of the bed faced the entrance, which made the space feel unwelcoming and poorly designed.
To make matters worse, our bathroom didn’t have any toilet paper when we arrived, which is a basic expectation in any hotel. The ceiling also appeared to be under mid-repair or damaged, adding to the overall sense of neglect.
Overall, this stay fell far below expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and design. I would not recommend this hotel to others and will not be returning
