" The air conditioning unit was loud & the refrigerator rattled. The room temperature was very warm upon arrival. It was set at 77. Once I turned the temperature down, the room temperature was better. More variety for the continental breakfast but overall it tasted good. Front staff was friendly. TV & wi-fi were good. Fair price for the amenities provided. Location is on a busy street which made it difficult to get in/ out if the parking lot. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. "

"Location is great- very close to Town Ctr and Sullivans. In a cute shopping ctr w food choices available. Bed was pretty comfortable. Sheets were clean. Towels were thick. Room needed a major overhaul. Bathroom was gross. Mold in shower, paint on bottom of tub chipped badly, walls and door dirty and scuffed. The lady that checked us in was unfriendly and also wanted to charge us $25 to check in 30 min early. No thanks. We came back at 4 and luckily another lady was there and was nice...

"Checked in to learn that I no longer had the king suite that I paid for but a handicap king studio. Only received a $15 credit per night for the inconvenience. I chose this hotel because of the suite room. The staff offered to let me cancel my reservation with no penalty, knowing darn well all the hotels were full. The worst customer service that I have ever been a part off. Never expected this to happen in Charlestonn."

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! We went to our room and was absolutely disgusting. THIS PLACE HAS BED BUGS. We were in the room for 5-10 minutes max and found bed bugs crawling on us after we left. Floors were nasty hadn’t been cleaned, was dirt or feces on the floor. Found what appeared to be blood in a couple spots of the room. Carpets hadn’t been vacuumed and were covered in dirt. "The location and pool area were great. Our room (especially the floor) were not the cleanest. It was almost as if our corner room, were forgotten about prior to arrival. Unfortunately, there were no dressers in the room so our clothes remained in suitcases and in chairs the 5 nights we were there. So…the location was great, the pool are was clean and well kept, but the actual accommodations in the rooms were very disappointing. The front desk team were very nice and helpful…the cleaning team...

"Highly recommended! Apartment was so much more than expected (make sure to bring some cooking supplies (S&P, Oil, Etc) if you plan to cook. The property was beautiful and everything was convenient! We didn’t eat much on the property (it’s not inexpensive), but poolside snacks and drinks were great. Be aware there is $99 resort fee each night you stay. With all that said, if you are prepared for the above, it was a fantastic vacation & a beautiful spot! Highly recommended! "
