"Overall a great place to stay for a night on our way to our final destination. Was a little frustrating to wake up with no working water, but made it work. Would stay again! There is no front desk so you have to call a number to check in or for any issues. When we woke in the morning to find no water, it was hard to get ahold of anyone, as the phone number is someone’s cell phone + they have you call a different number outside of 9-9 + you have to try to write down a different number from the...

"Gorgeous and quaint place to stay!"

"Very relaxing getaway for the night! Room was very comfortable, balcony and fireplace were a nice touch. Breakfast was great and Chair 5 was a great place to grab a drink and watch the sunset. Can’t wait to go back again!"

"the staff was helpful and very friendly"

"I booked a King Room handicap accessable 2 months ago. When we arrived at the property, I was told that the only room that was available 2 Queens no. Handicap accessable because they had booked 2 accommodations for 2 wedding parties and there was nothing they could do for me. I tried calling Mariott and they said that nothing could be done for me because I booked through Expedia...

"It was a great stay"

"Wonderful Hotel"

"The location of this little motel is perfect if you're taking the ferry to Block Island the next day. It's just two miles from the ferry port. We would have enjoyed staying here even if we were not going to Block Island, though—it's sparkling clean with a ton of little touches that turn a nice motel into a great one. There are towel bars and hooks in all the right places, and even an electrical outlet at the top of the refrigerator for plugging in an electric cooler or whatever else you need to...

"The staff is very helpful and the concept of the property is nice, however the property needs improvements, the pillows are hard as rocks, the rooms are ok and the breakfast it is not full meal and the options are very limited and poor. The place have potential because indeed it is nice, but need attention to details, maixtenance and basic organization to be at an acceptable level and beyond."

"It should really be listed as a motel and not as inn and suites. It’s your basic room outside doors motel. Our door for sure was kicked in multiple times as the chain lock was screwed back into molding more than once. You’re paying cause it’s an 8 min ride to the casino. Bathroom light was hanging with no trim around it. It is what it is"
