Merci à Monsieur Régis pour l'accueil chaleureux ! La chambre supérieure était très confortable, ce qui nous a permis de récupérer après un séjour en camping (Parc des hautes-gorges). Les autres commentaires (Google, Tripadvisor, etc) sur l'établissement disent vrai : c'est le meilleur rapport qualité / prix pour un gîte dans le secteur Baie-St-Paul!

C’est une auberge tranquille à quelques minutes à peine du centre de Baie St-Paul. Le trajet pour s’y rendre offre l’un des plus beau point de vue sur le fleuve et les montagnes. Notre chambre était très confortable: spacieuse, bon matelas, baignoire, foyer, divan. Établissement propre et bien entretenu. Le sauna et le jacuzzi sont opérationnels et contribuent au confort. Le déjeuner était complet et bien équilibré; des plats plus élaborés sont disponibles sur demande. Le souper nous a offert de belles surprises culinaires. Régis, le propriétaire, est un chef accompli qui a toujours la passion de la cuisine bien faite à partir de bon produits. La table de L’estampilles est une des meilleures de Baie St-Paul. À ne pas manquer.

This was an absolutely fabulous place with lovely decor, wonderful food by a famous chef, friendly staff and all the comforts we could have wished for.

Bel accueil! Regis et son équipe sont même allés à l’épicerie pour que je puisse avoir du pain sans gluten! Chambre ultra propre! J’apprécie le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de tapis! Et que dire de notre souper... tellement délicieux! Ça en valait vraiment la peine!!!

welcoming hotel just east of Baie ST. Paul

Staff are extremely welcoming and helpful with any needs to make our stay comfortable. Regis is a gourmet chef offering local cuisine in a table d'hôtel menu. The hotel has a great outdoor jacuzzi and indoor sauna. Room had modern tv and bath fixtures, alongside beautiful antique furniture. Hopefully more people will visit here, though it is off by itself, on hwy 362, a couple of kms. east of Baie St. Paul.

Bel auberge, calme

Déception: La literie n'avait pas été changée...1) L'aubergiste a essayé de nous démontrer que le travail avait été fait en nous montrant une feuille de papier sur laquelle l'employé avait apposé ses initiales comme étant fait..2) il y avait présence de quelques poils sur le drap et le drap épousait toutes les formes incurvées du matelas plutôt que d'être tendu. Par la suite l'aubergiste nous a apporté un drap propre en désignant des faux plis sur un drap propre. Il reconnaissait que l'employé lui avait dit qu'il avait dû faire plus rapidement qu'à l'habitude le ménage de cette chambre. Après insistance de notre part, cependant on a fini par changer la literie. C'est un incident malheureux, il aurait été préférable qu'on change le tout plutôt que d'essayer de nous convaincre que tout était dans les normes... la chambre est grande, bien décorée, très agréable à vivre et le reste de l'auberge est agréable aussi.

Les Estampilles is located up the hill a couple of miles outside Baie St Paul. We had booked there hoping to eat at its restaurant but it wasn't open on the Friday evening we stayed - the host explained that many guests stayed a few nights and wanted to try different places in the town. Our room was nicely finished and spacious. The breakfast provided was super.

Great find , wish we had more time there.

Sorry to say we were only passing through because this was a great place and we are sorry our stay was so short. Also we wish we could have experienced the evening meal at the lodge but it wasn't offered on the night we were there.

À ne pas manquer

Nous n'avons jamais visité un hôtel ou auberge aussi propre et bien entretenu. Les petits déjeuner étaient aussi succulents que copieux. Les propriétaires s'occupent de leurs visiteurs avec gentillesse et délicatesse. Nous recommandons cette auberge sans la moindre hésitation.

Notre séjour était a été très très agréable!!! Très très belle chambre, belle soirée passé dans le spa et le sauna et le déjeuner était savoureux!!! Le lit était un peu ferme, mais c'est tout!

Beautifully appointed Bed and Breakfast

We loved L'estampilles! Our room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. The common spaces were elegant, but understated. Natalie and Martin were the perfect hosts! We would go back there in a minute. It seems that some people have a problem with the location as it is not in the heart of town. We actually found that to be an advantage, as, firstly it was only 5 minutes out of town, and secondly it was quiet. No crowds! As for the food, to say the breakfast was a gourmet meal, does not give it justice. It was just delicious! Dinner was a gastronomical experience, and quite the memorable dining event. Lastly, my wife and I were celebrating our 41st wedding anniversary there. It was romantic, relaxing, cozy and warm. We felt so comfortable there. It was a perfect getaway!

Beau décor, chambre et installations très propres et bien entretenues. Hôtes très sympathiques et discrets. Nourriture excellente autant pour le souper que pour le déjeuner.
