"Staff wasn’t very friendly. Over priced for a crappy hotel. It seemed as if the hotel didn’t have but a handful of clients. I arrived early and was over charged for an early check in fee. That’s really bad bc it wasn’t like they had to go clean the room quickly! The room had a musty odder. Small tv. The sheets were stained. Crappy small bathroom towels. I had to ask for extra pillows bc they only gave two for a king bed. It took about 10 minutes for the water to get hot enough for a shower. I...

" I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Covington, GA. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, especially the bed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the price felt fair for the quality. Breakfast was a nice bonus, with a pancake and waffle station and fresh ground coffee. Overall, a solid stay—I would definitely stay here again."

"Absolutely phenomenal staff! The lady at the reception has been a huge part of the reason that consecutive weeks being here we have extended our stay almost daily! The customer service provided across all staff, from front desk switch over to the housekeeping team, they truly go above and beyond to ensure it feels like home away from home. "The beds were very comfortable and CLEAN! The rooms were spotless and smelled very clean. The front staff was very accommodating and even assisted with (and handled promptly) a noise complaint. The grounds were nice and well kept. Breakfast was delicious, always hot and ready. Absolute great stay and would stay again 10/10 would recommend!"
