"I booked this reservation through Expedia 10 minutes before arriving to the hotel. It looks not much like the pictures. It was super hot when you walked in the lobby and the property just felt off as soon as I walked in, I went to the front desk and told them I wanted to cancel the reservation. "Due to the delay of an AA flight, we did not connect to the flight from CLT. To JAN. Had to find a hotel for one night at the last minutes. Sheraton airport hotel seems to be the right choice. However the pool was closed in the morning. Although the bed is comfortable but the room is dark, furniture’s are outdated. Overall needs renovations."

"I have never left earlier before from any hotel in the past, and from this one I did, I can't stay in there where the Marijuana smell was so strong that I was getting sick and my mother as well, the night shift staff was very rude to me when my key stop working and I went to reception to request the service of repair she even rolled her eyes on me and only make one key work, breakfast was the only thing I can say was ok, and clean! "We had to switch rooms because our air conditioner was broken and the cover was just sitting on the floor. Room was not very clean, especially the bathroom. There was not enough bath towels for two people and only 3 pillows in the queen size bed. Breakfast not very appetizing, coffee was on the cold side. Some staff were friendly but most very not so much. Overall very disappointed and would not stay there again."
