Very courteous staff to welcome us at the counter. Some grime in the corners of our bathroom and an overall "wearing out " of the general state of the condition of our room. Great location - just walk across the street to Spectrum Center and so close to several awesome restaurants. Also, a great bar inside the hotel. Highly recommend.

Staff was great. The room itself was nice but the heating/cooling system was a bit wonky and there were a few lady bugs in the room.
