I reserved 2 rooms and both were filthy! Stains on sheets, looked like cigarette holes on comforters. Bathroom toilet had hair on it, bathroom shower was nasty, bathroom door looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the place was built. We walked in and right back out. Did not stay here. "The room and the hotel were clean. We booked on-line and check-in was very easy. The room was spacious and included a good sized mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and beautiful. A special thank you to Ganga at the reception desk, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home.
I’d also like to recognize Shannon at the front desk for her helpfulness, especially during breakfast in the morning. Both Ganga and Shannon provided excellent customer service and made our stay even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here...
