Room was very clean. A/C didn't work (wouldn't connect to wifi). Waited in hot room for over 30 minutes for someone to fix the a/c. Waited another 15 and it would still not connect. Finally moved to a new room. There is only someone at the front desk from 9 to 5, so you have to call, but the calls ...

My room was a little ran down. The rooms are old and not renovated. No smart TV. The legs on my bed had tape around them. Walls cracking. Chipped and ripped furniture.

Great Wolf Lodge Concord
Relatively easy check in. One of the reps said i would be getting a text any second. We waited for a bit and no text. I checked email and i had a message tellikg me to go to the main desk. I went and they said they were waiting on me to give me keycards. Overall great stay.
