We arrived at the hotel and were given a key to our room—only to walk in and find it already occupied, with someone else’s belongings inside. Shocked, we returned to the front desk, where the staff member was surprisingly unapologetic and dismissive. They handed us a new key, but unbelievably, the second room was also already occupied.
At this point, we insisted that the staff physically check the third room before handing us another key. We followed them upstairs, and thankfully, they knocked—because someone answered the door. That’s three occupied rooms in a row.
Finally, the fourth room was unoccupied and clean enough to stay in. This experience was not only frustrating, but also deeply concerning from a safety and privacy standpoint. The hotel’s booking system is clearly disorganized and insecure. We were stunned by how casually the staff handled something so serious. Would not recommend.
