"Très mauvaise expérience. Ma réservation avait été confirmée officiellement par Expedia, avec tous les détails en règle. À mon arrivée, l’hôte m’a indiqué qu’il n’avait jamais validé la réservation et que l’hébergement était complet.
Je me suis retrouvé sans solution au dernier moment, ce qui est inacceptable après une confirmation formelle. L’explication fournie était vague et peu crédible.

"Everything was perfect, except there was no coffee place in town and hotel didn't have creamers so we can have a coffee at the hotel. We drove more than 15 miles to get a cup of decent coffee on Saturday morning!
Our room was perfect and super clean - we highly recommend this hotel!"
