"Personnel très aimable et pret à m'assister, chambre très confortable et spacieuse, y compris la salle de bain. "We had a fantastic holiday in Brussels. The hotel was amazing. Fab breakfast and the staff at breakfast so welcoming, friendly and attentive. Fab room, with walk in wardrobe and fabulous bathroom. Highly recommend"

"Good hotel. Modern in many ways and a spacious room. Nice gym. Washroom needed more attention for cleaning. Cleaner wanted us to vacate our room for cleaning purposes 2 hours before checkout. Definite language barrier but didn’t want to take no for an answer."
