"Christophe and Christine the property managers were very friendly and helpful in suggesting restaurants and chateaus to visit. The breakfasts each morning were incredible: fresh baked croissants and bread, fresh squeezed orange juice, eggs made to preference. The location nestled in among the vineyards was picturesque and very quiet. The total experience far exceeded our expectations and I hope we can make a return trip."

"Wonderful hotel in the heart of Sankt Emilion. There is also a parking on the back of the hotel. Wonderful staff, sonderful room and a nice and good bead. Breakfast was great and the service great. "The Chateau du Palanquey is an amazing property. There are only a handful of rooms and it is very secluded. The owners helped us out with wonderful local restaurant recommendations and a brilliant wine experience. I cannot recommend this property more highly. It was magnificent. "
"This B&B can only be reached by car. The room is clean. The staff are welcoming and helpful. They do not provide dinner but they will introduce the restaurants nearby. They own a vineyard. Guests are free to visit. They have a wine tasting session at 7 pm. The staff there explained their wine production in details. The wines are good. We have bought a few bottles from them. The breakfast was great. Surely will visit there again if we go to Bordeaux."

The owner hosts are very nice and have done an amazing job with this property. Five rooms in total avaiable for guests , it never felt crowded or uncomfortable.
Beautiful gardens and pool to relax and enjoy close proximity to restaurants and a five min walk to the famous Libourne Market. Parking out front free on weekends 5.00 euro on other days .
