On arrival we were welcomed by Brian who has wealth of knowledge of the area and was very kind. Brian really made our stay memorable he even assisted us in ordering dinner. "Great stay, many thanks. A bit of an issue getting the right entrance (for anyone reading this, there are 2 enterances and you need the right one and may be told the wrong one!), but once all sorted, the appartment was perfect and in a great locations. Very modern, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend."

"Room is good, bathroom is a bit too small with no toiletries. Most shocking no water at all except for a dispenser in the lobby. The heat in Bordeaux is very strong so the hotel should consider the hydration of their guests. Water is cheap to provide."
