"The property itself is stunning. There is a huge lake outside of the hotel that in normal circumstances would give you an amazing view. However, in my case, I booked and paid for an upgraded room with a FULL lake view. Unfortunately, when I went to check-in, I was told that there was a concert in town and the hotel was overbooked. "The room is so beautiful and spacious that we felt like royalty for the weekend. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We plan on coming back every year on our anniversary."

"It's one of those places where the pictures look much better than reality. Most of the amenities are quite old, and in my opinion, the bathroom needs renovation. The floor near the toilet also wasn't clean. What bothered me most was the strong smell of cigarettes, even though there was a sign indicating it was a non-smoking room. It's not terrible for a short stay if you're on a low budget. Breakfast was a joke - just a couple of types of granola bars, juice, and coffee machines."

"The staff is always wonderful, the rooms are always clean. The ONLY issue I had was with other guests that were so inconsiderate of others!! Running up and down the hallways, being loud. Other than that, The hotel is always one of my favorites "
