"Absolutely loved staying here. It was the perfect holiday. Rated the staff 4 because I called to ask if I could do an early check in and the staff on the phone was nice and sweet and even agreed that I could and never mentioned a fee. When I got to the hotel, the staff there had an attitude and insisted I was gonna pay a fee for that even though it was only one hour away from the actual check-in time. Was really sad because I had a long drive and I just wanted to go in and relax!"

"I loved everything about the hotel and my visit. My onl;y take away is give people an option to not use your staff for everything. If i would like to take my bags to my own room with a hotel cart, I should be giving that option. I was told only the employees could use the cart. Other than that it was a great World Cup experience."

"Good Evening, I didn't like the fact housekeeping at 4PM , the desk person was too busy to assist us because she was working alone, therefore I had to make my own bed and do garbage as well, my room should have been attended to earlier but that didn't happen, the room was not cheap so why should I have to pay a high price and clean my own room, im very very disappointed.
