"We had an overnight stay here due to visiting UT-Chattanooga and attending a basketball game at the school. We checked into the hotel late, but didn’t fully realize what kind of room we had as this was our first stay at this hotel. We were blown away by the amount of space we had, the cleanliness, the kitchen, etc. Not only was our room top tier, the hotel attendants were great! Checking in and checking out was a smooth process. We are already planning our next visit and will plan to stay...

"I booked The Kenley Hotel for Valentine’s Day night through Expedia. Parking was valet-only, and while the pricing was reasonable, the initial wait times to have my car taken and returned were longer than expected. The valet attendants appeared to be very young, which made me somewhat uncomfortable turning my vehicle over to them. I would have preferred a self-parking option. "I loved the location and the staff was quite nice. Breakfast was good. Everything seemed clean and newer. My only complaint is my room smelled strongly of dog. Particularly the bed. Very strong lingering dog smell. And trust me, I love a dog friendly hotel. That’s a wonderful amenity. But the room smell was too much. "

"Spectacular property with beautiful views and close to great venues. The on property restaurant and bar area were just as good. Our suite was spacious and had a outdoor patio and views of the river. "

"Great location. Walk to everything downtown. Courteous staff. Nice happy hour! Clean and comfortable rooms (but the pull out sofa was very uncomfortable). Indoor pool was great for 2 grandkids! Will definitely stay again!"

"The lobby was just renovated. It’s not completely finished but close. The only thing that is wrong is there are too many tables. Needs some comfortable seating. Rooms were clean and nice but could use more plugs or jacks for charging multiple devices. "
