"I was overcharged on my 1 night stay at this hotel. They charged me for 3 nights of pets and snacks we did not have. I was assured at checkout this would be removed from my bill. I have called the hotel 5 times and the reservation line 3 times. I have email the general manager and she will not return a call or email. I have been assured by several employees that they checked the cameras on me around the hotel and found no pets and snacks. I am constantly told the manager needs to issue the...

"The people are so friendly and it was a nice clean place with a great location. But here's the issue, one person in a couple is not going to be able to sleep right at night. Please let me explain. In a couple there was always one that sleeps deeper, and one that is kind of security. They listen for the noises and the creeps and bumps in the night to make sure everything's all right, even though they're sleeping, they are light sleepers and heat everything. Well, that person will have issues with...

The front desk staff are horrible. They’re either absent or, when they are there, not very helpful. I booked this hotel for two months, but I guess I need to cancel all my bookings. No cleaning was done for a whole week, and the towels weren’t changed. When I went to the front desk to complain about it, the staff member said, “Bring me the dirty towels, and I’ll give you new towels,” and wanted me to read the hotel-made policy, trying to tell me this is very common. Not even for one...
