Très belle chambre immense. Une salle de bain séparée des toilettes WC. Une belle terrasse même s'il faisait un peu froid pour en profiter. Dès peignoirs a disposition si on veut profiter du spa.

Séjour de dernière minute plutôt bon.

Bon séjour, juste un petit bémol, pas de climatisation et en période de canicule, obligés de dormir fenêtre ouverte avec beaucoup de passage de véhicules. Petit déjeuner correct.

Bon rapport qualité prix et avec le sourire

Parfaitement propre .wc separé de la salle d'eau. Tres apreciable : l'absence de lumiere du couloir sous la porte qui arrive droit sur la tete du lit. Chambre sur rue double vitrage donc zero bruit. Joli jardin et diner en terrasse au bord de l'eau en surplomb. Literie ferme comme j'aime.

Hôtel très bien

Hotel très pratique, à proximité de la ville et d ela cure si nécessaire. Seul le ârkinf à coté de l'hôtel est difficile d'accès et limité en nombre de place. Sinon c'est dans la rue à 150 m... Petit déjeuner standard. Chambre très spacieuse avec WC séparé.

'Horreur!

Chambre SALE..chips cheveux tant dans chambre que douche et bidet. Pas de papier toilette..materiel pour 2 alors que nous etions 3. Bouton d'eclairage sale dans wc. Chasse d'eau avec probleme.bruyant mauvaise isolation phonique. Enfin cheveux sur taie d'oreiller et dans les draps Alors le Covid...la desinfection...je croyais naivement qu'un sejour dans un etablissement thermal allait m'assurer l'hygiene! Obligee de demander au veilleur de nuit de nettoyer la chambre.Apres avoir affirme que sa collegue avait nettoye et nous avoir dit que nous avions eu le temps de salir...le temps de prendre nos bagages et de les monter..il a verifie et pris des photos en reconnaissant le manque d'hygiene dans cette chambre.Nous n'avons pas ose utiliser la douche...

Visite à Chaudes-Aigues pour rencontrer des amis. L’accès de l’hôtel est un peu insolite par les travaux qui doivent être effectués sur le toit de l’établissement d’à côté. Chambre très confortable. Possibilité de parking réduite. Petit déjeuner très bien. Seule la connexion wi-fi laisse à désirer. Bel été

On est bien au Brit Hotel du Ban

Nous sommes (couple de 58 et 57 ans)des habitués du lieu et cela ne change pas, le parking gratuit énorme permet de se garer à moins de 3mn à pieds toujours bien accueillis et bien briffés sur le séjour, la chambre est entretenue et propre grâce à un personnel formidable. La piscine bien sur et ses diverses variations de plaisir tourbillons remous chutes bulles etc...permet de passer à bas prix une excellente après midi de relaxation , piscine couplée avec un sauna et un hammam, propreté absolue en ces lieux . Le petit déjeuner par contre ce n'est pas encore cela ,le prix de 9€ est exagéré pour une personne qui n'a l'habitude que du petit café croissant ,il serait bonde proposer (un pack à 5€ café croissant jus de fruit )et laisser le à volonté café chocolat croissants jambon fromage etc... à 9€. Cela dit ...A l'année prochaine bien sûr

cauchemar à l'hôpital...

les chambres sont vétustes, pas confortables, et se situent dans un cadre "ancien sanatorium". Les touristes se mélangent aux curistes pas judicieux comme mélange, dérangeant pour tous. nous sommes très déçus (5 chambres réservées pour 2 nuits). la publicité et les photos sont mensongères

À éviter !!

4 nuits sans 1 seul changement de draps, un petit déjeuner où on nous restreints : 1 seule tasse de céréale disponible tous les matins, pas d'assiettes pour la charcuterie, ETC... Sans parler du personnel d'accueil qui m'indique un lac a plus de 30km, alors qu'il y en a un à 7km... Peu de réception wifi dans le milieu du couloir

L'eau naturellement chaude cala signifie des bains publics sans odeur d'eau de javel. C'est formidable
